Sui Generis moulded FRP Grating is formed using continuous interwoven glass fibres as reinforcement material and resin as the matrix with continuous solidification through a mould system. The uniform construction provides excellent bi-directional mechanical properties. It is designed to be long lasting, chemical and corrosion resistant with a high strength to weight ratio as well as fire and slip resistant.

Pultruded Grating

Pultruded FRP Profiles are made of continuous fiberglass roving, resin and surface veil. The raw materials are processed through a pultrusion machine. After the glassfibre is dipped, it is heated into profiles of various shapes and sizes. The tensile strength is higher than ordinary steels, and the resin used is corrosion and weather resistant. These profiles are an excellent alternative to steel and plastic for all kinds of environments.
